About Our Staff
We aim to build a community of passionate, professional, highly skilled educators who will act as facilitators to help children guide children with intentionality, to actively participate in their own learning and daily routines in an environment specifically designed for them.
Our Educators complete all of the required state training including continuing education credits in early childhood education, a federal background check, 50 hours of initial training, DCYF state classes, CPR/First Aid training, a thorough orientation that includes an observation period, and more.
Our administration meets with our staff regularly to discuss successes and challenges, along with training staff on our policies, best practices, curriculum, philosophy, and more. Our program values growth and as our teachers grow in the field they receive recognition and are praised and incentivized to provide the best experience for families in our program!

Meet Our Team
My name is Deana Wordlaw and I am the owner and director of All For One Learning Academy. For the past several years, I have spent my life building my career in early childhood education. I developed my passion for Early Childhood Education after coaching a competitive cheerleading team. During that time, I discovered my love for teaching children and enjoyed seeing each child develop new skills, confidence, and lifelong values. I then found my first job in childcare as an assistant teacher. Since then, I have worked my way up through the field by fulfilling every position in a childcare center setting, including teaching every age group from infants through adult learners. Throughout my experience, I could not find a company that shared the same passion and understanding of what high-quality education looks like and how the people in our business should be valued. Based on this All For One Learning Academy was established and created by Deana Wordlaw and Jacques Bell with the purpose of redefining high-quality early childhood education. Based on our experience in the field, we founded All For One to show the world that you can have a high-quality educational facility that is notable for putting its children, families, and educators first and providing a safe space for the families of our community to come together and raise the future.
