Purpose
At All For One Learning Academy, our purpose is to redefine high-quality education and individualized group care. We aim to create new standards of excellence in our field and maintain high-quality educational and operational standards for our program. Our goal is to provide the best possible care for all children and to create a safe space for the families of our community to come together and raise the future.
Philosophy
Our philosophy is rooted in the proverb "Each One, Teach One,” which originated from the African American denial of education and access to education centuries ago. We believe in the power of knowledge and that sharing knowledge is the best way to make the world a better place. The core belief behind everything we do in our program is intentionality, demonstrated through all aspects of our program from using research-based educational philosophies to data-based and participatory decision-making.
Our Educators
Our educators are handpicked based on our center values, high passion for education and learning, and their skills and education in the field. They guide children through a classroom environment built specifically for them, facilitate play-based and project-based learning, and through observation and documentation plan and track intentional learning experiences to extend each child’s knowledge.
Our Program
Our program provides a sense of community and belonging to anyone who enters. We value the knowledge and goals that parents have for their children and aim to provide an individualized personal care experience that honors and respects these. We also hope to provide children the sense of belonging and community that is needed for positive and productive growth in our society.

Our mission is to provide our community with a professional, high-quality, play-based educational facility. We focus on social-emotional development and child-centered learning. We believe in viewing and treating children as independent learners who are capable of participating in their own learning and daily routines.

Our vision is to create an environment where children, families, and staff feel welcome, respected, and appreciated for who they are. We aim to build a community of passionate, professional, highly skilled educators who will act as facilitators to help children guide children with intentionality, to actively participate in their own learning and daily routines in an environment specifically designed for them.
Beliefs
We believe that the welfare and well-being of our children should always be our focus and that every child deserves to have access to high-quality early childhood education. We understand that each child learns differently and needs a different type of support. We believe in the importance of family and school partnerships for the success of the child’s education.
